Ginger Meeks-Villeneuve

President & Chief Executive Officer

Ginger Meeks-Villeneuve, a highly respected professional in the aviation fuel industry joins MGAS as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ginger brings extensive aviation knowledge and expertise to MGAS and a legacy of building relationships that is second to none.

Within the aviation fuel industry, Ginger has worked with several companies developing client relationships, business concepts and marketing strategies that allowed her to consistently be a number one revenue producer. During her tenure with a major global fuel supplier she was Vice President-Corporate Fuel Sales, responsible for the overall development and management of the corporate fuel program.

Her long-standing reputation and in-depth knowledge of corporate aviation, along with her ability to develop key relationships utilizing innovative marketing techniques and strategic partnerships certainly gives her an advantage to build and position MGAS as a leader in the marketplace.

Brenda Miears-Norwood

Chief Operating Officer

Brenda Miears-Norwood, a strong business management professional with 23 years experience in aviation, joins MGAS as Chief Operating Officer. Brenda assumes overall responsibility for the daily operations of MGAS, including FBO and supply operations.

Brenda's previous aviation experience includes 17 years with Texaco's Global Aviation Marketing Division (TGAM), where she served 10 years as Marketing Services Manager - North America. In this capacity, she was responsible for General Aviation and Commercial activities that included marketing, corporate administration, and Texaco's worldwide charter/corporate fuel program. Brenda's numerous contributions were pivotal to TGAM's success and, as the only female manager with the TGAM division, she paved the way for future advancement opportunities for other women.

Brenda has also worked extensively over the past few years on the corporate aviation side with a fuel management company and a couple of key fuel resellers.

Brenda will be a strong catalyst in laying the foundation and building MGAS as a leader in the aviation industry.
